Piper Yerks leads one of Northern Virginia’s top-producing luxury real estate practices. Before entering real estate, she spent eight years as Senior Vice President at Federal Sources, Inc., directing a team of 60 in sales and strategy across the federal technology sector.
That operational discipline carried directly into real estate. Since 2001, Piper has built The Yerks Team into a practice defined by consistent performance at the highest price points in the region, with a focus on McLean, Great Falls, Arlington, Vienna, and Washington, DC.

Fahed brings sharp market awareness and client-first focus to every transaction. Based at the McLean office of Washington Fine Properties, he works closely with buyers and sellers across the team’s core markets.
